Sitil Yapi starting to operate in the building construction sector in 1985 became specialized in especially hotel and tourism facilities. It completed a number of projects in this field in time and without making concession of the sense of quality till the mid of 1990 and became a brand preferred in the sector. 

The company opened Istanbul subsidiary in the 2000’s and expanded the service area and by this means it carried out many projects as most of them were turn-key in the country and abroad. It adopted the perception of creating more employment and having more service opportunities and became specialized more and more and reinforced its staff with professional labor to make it perpetuate.

It opened Bagdad subsidiary in 2010 and carried out great projects in this country including Iraq prime ministry building. Sitil Yapi follows policies in compliance with the requirements of the age in the areas of activity with young and dynamic directors rising from the ranks. Based on this, the company took care of reinforcing the background and carried on steady growth in the way of achieving the aims and adopted developing new employment areas as the company policy.
